The frame is high-grade steel: hot-dip galvanised, electrophoretic anti-rust coat and matte black powder coating. The shelf is hand-selected European oak — solid and sustainable. Everything is hand-assembled in our Dutch workshop.

Yes! During assembly, reverse the cross fitting to the other pipe so the shelves sit on the left instead of the right.

The rack fits dressers with a 160 cm wide top surface. This includes many IKEA models (HEMNES 8-drawer, BRIMNES 4-drawer) and other brands with similar dimensions. Not sure? Send us a message.

The steel frame and pipe system are identical across all editions. The difference is in the shelf: Oak Edition — solid European oak with natural grain. Essential Edition — sleek minimalist surface for daily use. White Edition — scratch-resistant matte white composite shelf.

The solid steel frame and twist-lock pipe system create a robust construction that easily holds clothing, accessories and decorative items. For very heavy loads, we recommend distributing the weight evenly.

Yes, free of charge up to 7 days before the expected shipping date. Since no payment was made upfront, there is nothing to refund. Just send us a WhatsApp message.

The expected delivery date is shown on the product page per batch. After batch close, production takes 2–4 weeks. You'll receive email updates when production starts and when your rack ships with Track & Trace.

Yes, as long as the desired edition is still available. Send us a WhatsApp message with your name and reservation details.

Pre-orders help us plan production more efficiently. In return, we pass a discount on to you — exclusively during the pre-order window. Once the batch closes or the product is back in stock at full price, the discount disappears.

No — no tools needed. The pipe system uses a precision twist-lock: hand-tighten until rock solid. Due to the weight (13 kg) we recommend assembling with two people. Step-by-step guide on our assembly page.

Use plugs and screws suitable for your wall type: concrete plugs for solid walls or drywall anchors for stud walls. Due to the weight and height, secure anchoring is essential. A hardware store can advise based on your wall type.

The rack rests on your dresser and is also wall-mounted for stability and safety. Wall mounting is strongly recommended — especially with children around. The rear rail makes this quick and straightforward.

The rack is professionally packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with foam padding at all vulnerable points. All components are individually protected. The package weighs approx. 13 kg and requires a signature on delivery.

For in-stock orders: Netherlands 2–10 business days, Belgium / Germany 2–14 business days, rest of Europe 2–20 business days. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Yes. Due to the size, weight (13 kg) and value, a signature is required. The courier cannot leave the package unattended. You'll receive a Track & Trace link as soon as your order ships.

When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link from PostNL or DPD. You can also track it via your account at myro-design.nl/a/track.

Every shipment is 100% insured. Report damage within 24 hours via WhatsApp or our contact page, including photos. We resolve it immediately: replacement or full refund, your choice.

Yes, you have a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Due to the weight (13 kg), return shipping costs are at your expense — unless we made an error or the product arrived damaged.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we process the refund within 14 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.

We sincerely apologise. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct product and cover all return costs — at MYRO's expense.
