Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Myro Design setup. Not 100% happy after all? No problem.

  • Return period: You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

  • Product condition: Products must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

  • Register a return: To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +31 6 83002108 or info@myro-design.nl.

  • Costs: The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with Track & Trace.

  • Refund: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Did something go wrong? If your product arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we will resolve it immediately. We will send you a new copy free of charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not been shipped yet.
