ABOUT THE WALL RACK
What are the dimensions of the wall rack?
The wall rack has a width of 160 cm, a height of 150 cm, and a depth of 40 cm. It is a robust design that fits perfectly in a hallway, bedroom, or living room.
Can the shelves also be mounted on the left side?
Yes, absolutely! Although the rack was not specifically designed for it, it is definitely possible. During assembly, you can easily place the shelves on the left side by turning the cross fitting onto the other pipe.
What is the quality of the finish?
Our wall racks are extremely durable. The steel is first hot-dip galvanized and coated with an electrophoretic layer against rust. After that, it is finished with a high-quality black powder coating for that unique, matte industrial structure. This rack is built to last a lifetime.
How heavy is the product?
The wall rack including the oak shelves weighs approximately 13 kg when packed. This reflects the solid and premium quality of the materials we use.
ASSEMBLY & PLACEMENT
Is the wall rack easy to assemble?
Yes, the wall rack comes with a clear guide which you can find on our assembly page. Due to the weight (13 kg), we recommend assembling the rack with two people.
Which mounting materials do I need?
We recommend using plugs and screws that are suitable for your specific type of wall (concrete, stone, or drywall). Because the rack itself is solid and heavy, secure anchoring is essential for safety.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
What is the delivery time?
For the Netherlands, your order will be delivered within 3-10 business days. For the rest of Europe, delivery takes 3-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Do I have to be at home for delivery?
Yes. Because our packages are large, heavy, and valuable, a signature is required upon delivery. Therefore, the courier cannot leave the package with neighbors or around the house without your presence.
Are there shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free within the Netherlands. For Belgium, Germany, and other European countries, separate shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do in case of transport damage?
Every shipment is 100% insured. If your package arrives damaged, please report this to us immediately via our contact page so we can solve this for you right away.
Can I return my product?
Yes, you have a 30-day reflection period. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that due to the heavy weight (13 kg), return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our part.
